Shipping Policy
This policy outlines dispatch timing, delivery expectations, and shipping responsibilities for CardSurvive orders.

1. Shipping region
Launch shipping is currently focused on Australia. If international shipping opens, this page will be updated.
2. Processing and dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, and public holidays.
3. Delivery estimates
Typical delivery targets after dispatch are:
- Metro areas: 2 to 6 business days
- Regional areas: 3 to 10 business days
- Remote areas: longer transit windows may apply
Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, logistics constraints, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment and may vary by destination, shipping method, and order size.
5. Delivery details and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied, redelivery fees or re-shipping charges may apply.
Where authority to leave is selected or applied by the carrier, delivery may be completed without signature in accordance with carrier terms.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cardsurvive.com.auwithin 7 days of expected delivery (or as soon as practicable). We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

This policy operates alongside rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to goods that are not of acceptable quality.
